About AnglerSpot

AnglerSpot is a free freshwater fishing community built for coarse and carp anglers across the UK. We bring together everything you need for a session on the bank into one place: a growing directory of day-ticket and member-only stillwaters, detailed peg maps and underwater features, AI-powered catch logging with automatic species identification, and a live feed where anglers share their best catches with the community.

Our mission is to make fishing more accessible, more social, and more rewarding. Whether you are a weekend pleasure angler chasing your first tench or a seasoned carp hunter targeting a new personal best, AnglerSpot helps you discover new waters, plan your trip around the best feeding windows, and record every catch with a photo, weight, and the bait that worked. Premium members unlock full dawn-to-dusk bite-time breakdowns, live weather feeding forecasts, tackle shop discount codes, and entry into our monthly voucher giveaway — a prize pool that grows as more anglers join the community.

AnglerSpot is built and maintained by a small, independent team of passionate UK anglers and developers. We are not affiliated with any fishery or tackle brand — we simply love fishing and wanted a better tool for the community. Every lake in our directory is researched and verified, and every feature is shaped by feedback from the anglers who use the app. If you have an idea, a correction, or a fishery you would like to see added, we would love to hear from you.
